How can I get on your PR list?

We currently have a full roster, however we still want to support up and coming content creators.

Why hasn't my order tracking info updated in weeks?

If you ordered from outside the USA, the customs process can take 2-4 weeks. Usually the tracking info will not update until it finishes. Give it a little more time and 9/10 times it will arrive safely.

What is your return/warranty policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, beginning when the product has been delivered.

Undamaged Items

To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with a proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping costs if the product is not defective.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopfantasycosmetica@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. 


Damaged Items and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been reshipped to you via an intermediary are exempt. We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. International orders may also vary on procedure and refund amount. This varies country to country. Please contact us for details. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
