These palettes did not pass quality assurance due to packaging defects such as hazy or scratched mirrors, dents and misprints. Rather than throwing them away, we are offering them at a discounted price. The eyeshadow pans in the palettes are in pristine condition. The only defects are in the packaging.
Examples of defects can be found in the image gallery. Damage may vary between each product but the images shown are examples of what can be expected. Pictures are taken in an unflattering light and bad glares to highlight the defects. In person viewing is usually less apparent.
